North Oak and 96th Street Getting a New QuikTrip™

QuikTrip™ is planning a new store at North Oak and 96th Street in the northwest quadrant of the intersection.

The store will be situated at the corner of the intersection with a vacant lot to the north and new public street off of North Oak.  In the site plan below, the bottom is Tiffany Springs Parkway and the road on the right is North Oak.  North is to the top of the drawing.

It will be one of the next generation stores with the kitchen and open plan similar to the store in Riverside.

I'm not sure of the construction timing but the development plan is approved so the final platting is either in process or done.  What I do know is that it's in Clay County which is a county with a brewing, potential political scandal.
