Staley Meadows Final Phase

Looks like the last unplatted part of Staley Meadows is going away.  More single family lots are being proposed. 

This new addition is north of the very wide Shoal Creek Parkway and split down the middle by some overhead powerlines.

It does have one thing going for it.  It is right next to the recently improved Anne Garney Park which gives me the opportunity to publicly thank Frank Gibbs with KCMO Parks and Recreation for developing that park on a shoestring budget and getting some very fun equipment to play on.
