Even with all the rain, improvements to Green Hills Road appear to be progressing. It looks like the storm boxes are in place and the contractor has survey stakes set up for paving. This stake is set back four feet from the back of the future curb and they need to cut 0.39ft from the top of the hub stake (which isn't shown in the picture).
However before paving happens, there is a "minor" problem. Can you guess what it is?
This picture below is looking south. The depressed area is where the asphalt will go. The higher, black dirt area is where the sidewalk will go.
Looking east from "The pavement formerly known as Old Tiffany Springs Road."
Looking northeast at Green Hills over the low lying, farm/pasture line Second Creek Valley (and home to the future Second Creek Trail).
Looking south from the intersection of Green Hills/OTSR (note the really tall weeds with cords on them).
I don't have anything else to add. The sun was at that point where pictures start to suffer in quality and I had a baby waking up so I had to hurry home.
