Um Does This Mean I'm Getting Famous

I don't get reddit. I don't get it because I never looked into it but it appears I've reached the point where I've got trolled. So in case you were wondering, this isn't me but I am flattered that someone is looking out for my "journalistic credibility." This was started today and isn't me.

I also wonder with the KCMO Council elections coming up if this is some way to hijack some search engine stuff. I need one of those smartsy fartsy Crossroads dudes (joke-I love you guys) to explain it to me since I'm just a farm kid who wants to build roads.
