Proposed Riverfront Development

Berkley Riverfront Park is finally getting something going.  After after a series of plan after plan after plan, spending money building the park and building the road, and then moving and building another road, there will be development on the Missouri River.

Here are some items from the site plan application and the details in the "Application for Site Plan Review."

Here is the engineering style site plan.  The top of the pictures is north and is closest to the Missouri River and are the original Front Street and the bottom is the relocated Front Street which is closer to the railroad tracks.
