Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers Coming to North Oak?

In case you haven't been by the North Oak Sam's Club™ lately, the old Chinese restaurant is in the process of getting torn down. I haven't heard anything but noticed the owner of the site is listed as below:

The name piqued my interest so I checked the ownership of the Freddy's Frozen Custard™ on 152 near Church Road and the ownership address was the same:

What does that tell me? Different property holding companies have been set up with the same address of which one of the properties has a Freddy's Frozen Custard™ and the ownership address is also as listed on the company's website. That leads me to believe that soon North Oak will have another fast dining establishment. I hope they find some quality employees. Waiting sucks....
