Wexford Place Expansion

The big money to be made over tyhe next 20 years is in baby boomers voluntarily or not needing a place to live out their lives. Given that, Wexford Place just north of Route 45 by the Picture Hills Shopping Center is expanding.

According to the site plan, it appears that the new facility will have 47 beds for assisted living and another 44 beds for memory care. I took this picture from the Bank Midwest™ parking lot. Since the the carpenters have moved in and the shell of the building is going up.
