I'm just burnt out and busy with other things. Basketball referree season has started and I took a ton of doubleheaders. By the time I get home, eat, and clean up, I am spaced out and reduced to watching cartoons with the kids or playing Wii™ or old Sega Genesis™ games with them. Plus baby loudmouth is past the 12 week point and is a smiley happy little goober who is starting to interact with cooing and playing in the jumper.
I have to confess that the four year old little loudmouth has beaten me twice (out of 2 games) playing Super Tecmo Bowl™. He's the 1992 John Elway led Denver Broncos™ and I'm the 1992 Scott Zolak led New England Patriots™. For those of you born after Bush 41 left office, the New England Patriots™ used to really really stink. The best game Zolak has had for me, he only threw 5 interceptions. The little stinker even returned a kickoff for a touchdown which I never am able to do.
A lot of things are breaking down. The battery in my cell phone exploded/died, my backup house cell phone went for a ride in the clothes washer, I had to replace the front door lock which quit working, the fan in the "super flusher" bathroom quit working, I had a faucet/drain issue in the kitchen, taxes are going up which is going to make us nostalgic for the 2009 economy and has killed Mendard's™ expansion in Independence which in turn may kill the potential Green Hills store, I've just kind of checked out and done funner things. I'll pull out of it and slam out some stuff when I get around to it. Consider this a sabbatical and please understand.
