Missouri Races Still Not Over?

Guess people are still voting. The Missouri statewide races are going to swing (soon)? As of 10:52 from the Secretary of State's website, none of the 202 precincts in the Jackson County part of Kansas City, Jackson County, St. Louis City, and St. Louis County have reported.

UPDATE-I didn't see the tabs by county. Jackson is 0 of 202, KCEB is 107 of 156, St. Louis City is 0 of 222, and St. Louis County is 511 of 658.
