Someone had a big mulligan last Wednesday on the Line Creek Trail. It's hard to tell since the area is mired in drought but the section of the Line Creek Trail under construction between the waterfall and the creek crossing to get to the ice rink is riddled with natural springs and usually wet. That wetness caused some erosion and this poor concrete truck driver got a little too close to it and suffered the consequences. This truck had a full 10 cubic yards of concrete which weighs about 20 tons. An empty concrete truck weighs about13 tons so somehow 33 tons of force was tipped back over and was able to be placed by the end of the day. The driver was startled but was able to get out of the truck and walk away.
