New Medical Offices near Route 152 and Flintlock

Someone is moving a lot of dirt south of Route 152 and to the west of the greenway to the west of Flintlock Road.  I took this picture standing on NE 82nd Street and looking towards the Route 152 and Flintlock Road intersection.

Why?  For a proposed medical office park.  The site layout is overlaid on a bad aerial.
