Representatives from Sam's Club™ have drafted and presented a preliminary site layout of a store along the I-35 corridor between Flintlock and Church Road. This is very preliminary and no formal application has been made to start the lengthy zoning and plan approval. No word on site locations for a potential I-29 warehouse location.

Sweet! Now we can have complete gridlock on 152 at I-35 instead of just slow moving bumper to bumper traffic.
