For those of you near Liberty or Lee's Summit, I strongly recommend you take a chance on eating breakfast or lunch at Ginger Sue's. This is a mom and pop (except they aren't mom and pop yet) establishment which, for the value paid, will fill you up. My kids love the pancakes and I've had the omelets and huge thin pork tenderloin sandwich. Their Liberty location is right off the square and their Lee's Summit location is just northwest of Lee's Summit North High School. It is a bruncheonette which means they are only open for breakfast and lunch.
I pass this along because I don't know if you are like me, but I won't try any place without a recommendation. You never know what type of place it will be, if the bathrooms are clean (big consideration with little kids), and if the food is good for the price.
