Better late than never. I had scribbled some notes about last month's election and just found them tonight. I haven't pulled historical data to see how turnout compares, but only 7.4% of Park Hill eligible voters turned out for the Board election.

In Platte County R-3 precincts, 25.4% of voters turned out and defeated a proposed property tax increase and bond to expand the school system. Only 43.7% of the voters voted to approve.
In the Village of Ridgely, there was an election for one of the Village Trustee seats. There are 55 registered voters and only Karla Gant and Lonnie Williams showed up to vote or I am assuming they were the only ones to show up to vote because they tied 1 to 1! Coin flip or western style duel? Never know what the old village charter says.
