Staff Modified Final Elementary Boundaries Recommendation

I received an email late tonight with the new 3A3 map that staff modified and don't have time to analyze it. I still don't think it is good for the district. The map should be attaced to the bottom of the post. 14 of the 21 committee members voted for it which is not surprising given there are 13 folks who are on the PHSD payroll. The special board meeting is at 6 PM on Tuesday.
